Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season.
Mine was amazing, full of family, food, and fun. And BOOKS!
Over the break I had plenty of cooking and cleaning to do, so I didn't mind when three of my audio holds were ready to borrow on the same day. Dial A for Aunties by Jesse Q Sutanto, The Long Game by Elena Arms, and The Girl with the Loudening Voice by Abi Darè.
Unfortunately, I put all three in the DNF (did not finish) pile. For the last one, it's not them, it's me. I just wasn't ready for that type of relationship. Lol.

Luckily, my super awesome mom gifted me an audio book a few days later (A Murderous Charade by Ronda Give Hinrichsen). So far, so good. I'll let you know how it is when I'm done.
